  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

  • Customers must provide proof of damage (photos) before a return or refund is approved.

  • Customers must contact 7Woods&Resin within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return or refund.

Return Process

  • If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Normal variations in handmade products (e.g., wood grain, resin patterns) are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they may request an exchange instead of a refund (if applicable).
